The more, the merrier!

Are you familiar with that expression? And what do you think? Do you believe it’s always the case? You’ve surely found yourself in the situation of collaborating with, supervising, or leading a new team. This situation is becoming increasingly common, but does that make it any easier?

The answer is “No”, for any of the parties involved. Sometimes it’s a “necessary evil” and other times it’s the best option we have, but it’s never simple. At The Bee, we understand its complexity, so we’ve decided to offer you something different: how about turning difficulties into advantages? What if we showed you that with the right approach, diversity can improve your team’s productivity and performance without extending working hours or adding stress?

We’ve developed a programme to achieve this. Think about this for a moment: have you ever had the impression that people who seemed difficult to understand to you at first, after working with them, no longer seem so?

We see it the same way. In the case of companies entering international markets for the first time or international work teams, we believe that there are two essential factors for achieving a goal: understanding the business culture of our new colleagues and mastering the language spoken in the business world, business English. When we say ‘master the language’, we don’t mean reaching a certain level; we mean using it correctly in every situation. Mastering this tool will open many doors and will never close any.

A study conducted in 2024 by EURES (European Employment Service) supports this view and states that the secret to the success of high-performing teams is: sharing a clear goal, communicating efficiently, and contributing individual key points. Are you ready for the challenge?
